Like most manufacturers, we at Marray have customers who return product from time to time. Occasionally, we have a customer who will send in his older hardware for a discount on new product. Did we mention that we buy certain used products (which we never sell as new, so don't worry)?  You might want to explore this option, if you are an installer and are replacing certain locks (that are functional but not electrified), since we would be happy to give you a discount coupon or credit for these items.
