This service is for the electrification, re-electrification, or repair of the Sargent or Yale mortise lock body. Since Assa Abloy has changed the Yale mortise bodies to be identical to the Sargent the process of modification is also the same. 

• Electrification is where Marray modifies your existing lock making it electrified.
• Re-electrification is where marray modifies and repairs your existing electrified lock to the Marray standards, this is the choice for customers who have a burnt out lock made by another company.
• Repair is where marray repairs a version of the sargent mortise lock made by Marray Inc. at some point in time.

This service includes replacing the solenoid with the patented Marray dual voltage solenoid and the labor required to make the lock work properly. Your lock will be tested at both voltages, 12 & 24, and adjusted to the proper factory settings.

This service does not include replacing any parts of the lock or trim besides the solenoid, if there are any parts required to make your lock serviceable you will be contacted by customer service and the parts must be purchased separately, if available.
